parents

today's topic is on parents =D

parents - 1 a : one that begets or brings forth offspring b : a person who brings up and cares for another
2 a : an animal or plant that is regarded in relation to its offspring b : the material or source from which something is derived c : a group from which another arises and to which it usually remains subsidiary

many people take their parents for granted. many of us don't even have both parents by our side. i feel angry whenever i see people who have both of their parents caring for them and they don't even appreciate it. i don't really understand why people can't communicate with their parents (referring to teens here! ) and that they hate their parents. i don't think anyone really hates their parents. unless you have weird parents like some psycho serial killer. (o.O) . In the case of the dictionary's meanings, i think many people treat their parents as the person who brings up and cares for another or an animal or plant that is regarded in relation to its offspring. though most of the people that i know of are being the latter. actually i think that many people are like that because they haven't lose someone precious to them. (you know the saying people don't treasure what they have until they lose it forever.) maybe because i don't have a father with me since i was young.(not that he is dead) the feeling of someone having a 'complete' always makes me filled with envy.

the tone that i talk to my mother is similar to those that i use to talk with my friends =D but there are many people who talk to their parents as though they aren't humans. they don't even treat their friends like that.
